Just a heads up. Training sessions for DCS A10C systems operations will begin Friday. Rally up on TS3 - 1800 EST. Training conducted by forum member, Ivan (aka ivantehfennec). While not a squad member yet, he does fly with us on a regular basis, and is a pretty good Joe. I am not sure of the curriculum., but I am sure that I; and others , can use the assistance in improving our proficiency in flight operations, target aquistion and weapon deployment. If you are like me, have DCS A10C installed but it just sits there, very rarely being loaded up, then this may be the opportunity to get back into the cockpit and start getting to "Blow some stuff up." A more permanent schedule can and will be determined, this is just a "starter" night for eveyone to meet Ivan and get and idea about the curriculum. Much more info to come, I am sure. Thanks Ivan, in advance, for your time and effort in this undertaking, it is much appreciated. EDIT: Is there anything that we need to download or read before flight time ? Grey Wolf BTW, Black Wolf. Not sure how to create a new forum area, but we might want one for DCS, if you get a chance.

It's all looking good! Here's a neat graphic you may want to save and study.

Good stuff Ivan! I'm going to need that. I will get there today/tonight as soon as I can. Its looking like a long day 4 or 5..unless I can skip out early. I let him know last night, and we both understand that it is work. I am looking forward to this training, as the game has been sitting there idle, and I do really want to get some serious stick time in the A10. It is one of my favorite planes of all time and a REAL "make stuff go boom" platform. So I am off, as I am about to do some reading, as well as firing up and making sure that DCS A10-C still works. Will see both of you this evening. And thanks for the graphic Ivan, it should simplify things a bit, once I figure out what the hell ...... Just kidding, getting familiar with it is what tonight is about. Grey Wolf

got DCS World updated again. Got OpenBeta installed, but still trying to figure out how to get my A10 installed into the OpenBeta.
I just about have the HellDivers for the Raiders too, just doing some more checking.
What time did we decide for round 2 of the training session ?

Well, I have my main controls set up. Haven't done much with weapons yet. Maybe we can get up with Ivan sometime this weekend.
