Was trying to get rid of the studders, with some success, but when I jumped on TS, there was Herr Landsberg.
We flew 3 sorties, 2 bombing, Landsberg flying escort to my Blenheim, got to target and destroyed ground targets, Lansberg got hit hard by AAA, and had to crash land in France, I returned to base.
2nd sortie had a better outcome, as we destroyed ground targets @ airfield, and then safely RTB'ed. This time Landsberg remained WSW of airbase, so that we could ensure his escort home.
My difficulty came on landings, still need to figure out and remember landing flaps key.
3rd sortie was led by Herr Landsberg, we took up Spits and attacked He 111's ( I think ) I got hit early, before we even engaged. One of those long range shots by AI gunners, bloodied me and hit my engine. Engine was just starting to sputter when I made my 1 and only attack run, got some good hits, smoking the He111, Landsberg actually got a kill, I am pretty sure.
But it was fun, it was worthwhile, and I even managed to explain the American baseball term "Home Plate" and Landsberg explained to me, using the map sector/ keypad combo.
It was fun, learned a little bit, and look forward to more flights.
We really need to work out some sort of time-table / schedule for organized flights, so that Landsberg can be sure to join in. There is a 6 or 7 hour time difference, so scheduled flights may make it a little easier.
Will see everyone later, am going to get a bite to eat, hopefully others will be logging on in a bit, and if he can, I believe Landsberg is going to try to log in on TS about 6 or 7 our times this evening.
GreyWolf out.

Yes that is the key we use. It is a good way to know where the other guys are. Glad you all got to do some flying. I will be on later today/tonight as soon as I finish my stuff to do around the house.

Time zones are strange, I'm east so I will say I'll be on at 8 the other guys are central and know I'm east so my 8 is their 7. Mudcat and I are the only east guys and its fine by me to go by central time to keep it from getting confusing. How about you there MC?

RGR, BlackWolf and I were flying/ practicing CLoD yesturday. Considering the 6 or 7 hours difference in time ( Berlin to Eastern and Central Times U.S. ) we thought that if we tried to fly from 12:00 or 1:00 CST (central) our time, that would put it @ 7 or 8 pm your time. Since you work Monday morning ( 8 am ?) Berlin time. For everyone else, I flew with and chatted with Landsberg on TS last night. He has dinner plans tonight, but I would guess from his post above, that he is planning to try to get on afterward, (if he is not too drunk ) BTW, do not worry about flying drunk or hammered, BlackWolf does it all the time . Anyway, I am still planning on trying to be on @ 12:00 or 1:00 CST. I may not start flying until others show up, but will be on TS somewhere around that time. Whenever people show up, we can start flying. Last note, we have not ever established a regular flight time/ night. But since we have members now on other continents, Europe and Australia, and whatever planet BW is from , maybe we should consider scheduling a regular weekly flight time. At least one, so that we can start practicing and flying as a group, and working out strategies and tactics, What say you ? Will start a new thread in the Squad thread, so that we can work it out.

hello Pilot s my request to you is, to consider a regular weekly flight time for Clod and perhaps later for RoF . My Pilot in RoF is at this time blocked at Thursday ( New Wings ) with " Rotte" flying ,at12 noon - 3pm . In RoF I had made very good experiences with a weekly flight time with my "Rotte - mate " Wolfram Harms at NewWings online . I meen it is remained indispensable , to fly together in a squad it need s that we know us , what is the position and the best work together between the fighter and the bomber . The way to communicat in a mission and so on . It is very helpful and nowbudy must be overstrained in a online full real mission if we he and we had weekly flight trainig bevor . And yes Grey Wolf it is very helpful to bring one time in the week the total Squad together , if it is posible .
A one year old mission , BTW musik is everytime a very individual feeling so please switch it of
A perfect teamwork but it needs weekly flight time ---3 day online and than i delet it
